The Master Code for "MENU code" and "Prod. code" of the Alcatel One Touch Easy is 25228353.

I Know version V13 and V14 showed at the end of the *#06#. In the version V13, a new thing is that it is showed a "-" at the end of the line in the display for long words.

From the secret menu top level (OK to step down, NO to step up):

        xxxx is the n. of channel (1-128) you are connected to
        rr is the reception level (dB uV/m ?)
        aa, bb, cc ???
        yyyy is the LAC=Local Area Code identifier (exadecimal)

    RSSI ???

    RXLEV
        XXXX RR xxxx rr xxxx rr .... (more values with lateral
up-down keys)
        as before, the first pair idetifies the channel used at
the         moment (usually the most powerful), while the other ones
are         constantly monitored

    BSIC ???

    C1
        XXXX QQ xxxx qq xxxx qq
        It is referred to the quality of transmission (based on
BER). When it         becomes negative an other cell is selected, with
the highest value.         First pair is referred to the channel
used at the moment.

    C2
        it seems to give the same information as C1, with some
more 0 or 9 ...

ARRETS ("stops")
    last turn off codes of the mobile phone are reported, with the
most recent on     top identified by the symbol ">". Meaning of the (known)
codes:

    46: manual switch off (long pressure of the OK key)
    44: programmed switch off (with the timer facility)
    43: self switch off caused by battery expiry
    10: sudden switch of caused by battery removal
    45: manual switch off when the charger is connected (no matter
the charge     status)
    00: ??? maybe caused by internal fault, e.g. when battery
expires during a call.

VIDER ARRETS ("stops emptying")
    reset of the list

CTRL CHARGE
    AA xxx yyyyy zzz V.VV

    AA: status code, it changes when using the charger (RE=regular
?)
    xxx ???
    yyyyy time indication, since the last status change. The time
unit is     depending upon the satus.

Alcatel Mobile Phones

MANY of these phones are sim locked so that they can only be used with a certain carrier. This can only be deactivated by getting the special code from Alcatel or your Service Provider. There is a rumor that there is a program floating around the net that allows you to calculate the code from the IMEI, number I have not seen nor verified the existance so it may be BS. Please do not email me asking for Alcatel codes etc as I will add them to here as soon as I find something.

This is something that I got that I have yet to decipher.

Other products

PTT Telecom has 3 models on there own brand, but with an Alcatel IMEI

HB200 --> Pocketline Davinci
MB3 --> Carvox Explorer
HC400 --> Pocketline Tango

Also CellNet in England and D1 in Germany have Alcatel handhelds. Cellnet and D1 have an HC500 with a different front casing as the regular. The D1 has also an magenta casing for the HB160.

Software releases

HC400 on the backside near the IMEI number is a sticker with a software release. Alcatel have split the software releases

1.x No Cellbroadcast
5.x Cell broadcast

The highest software release of the HC 1000 is AK1 03

Alcatel HC600/800/1000

*#06# returns IMEI number and Software Version (not HC600).

These are the pinouts for the HC600 they are the same as the 800/1000 I beleive.
